MICRO J LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE AT WWW.MICROJ.COM. Micro J's New Website Expected to Improve Customer and Prospect Relations
Santa Monica, California (September 14, 2001) -- Micro J Systems, Inc., creators of the PcHunter and Tempus Fugit staffing management software, announces its new web presence at www.microj.com . The newly redesigned site integrates information delivery with live meeting center access to facilitate and expedite customer and prospect relations. Tools such as FAQ's, information request forms and virtual product tours as well as online software demos with knowledgeable sales account executives can help answer questions accurately and quickly for prospects.
Soon, customers already using Micro J's software products will find a wealth of information such as a new download area for software updates and direct access to the Micro J Meeting Center for online support sessions and training. A special area called "Knowledge Base" which is currently under construction will be made available to those customers who are enrolled in the MPP program, Micro J's comprehensive support and maintenance program.
"The Knowledge Base will be a new offering in place of MPPOnline featuring self help tools, tips and tricks, and "how to" articles for specific technical issues facing our customers today," says Micro J's Product Manager, Bret Kinkele. Bret was the driving force in the creation of the new site. "We have been due for an update, and it took a while because it was a question of doing it right. We took a user-centric approach to designing the website and I feel our team has done an excellent job packaging a wealth of valuable information in a user friendly environment we are already famous for with our software applications. Our online meeting center connection ties it all together, providing a way for the Micro J Team to reach customers and prospects directly when they need help."
