Micro J completes phase two of its corporate website redesign. Online Technical Support Access for Customers Around the Clock
Santa Monica, California (November 9, 2001), Micro J Systems, Inc. (MJS), announces new self-service online technical support delivery system, MPPOnline and KnowledgeBase®. Micro J's customers, who are current members of the Micro J Partner Program, now have an added benefit of membership; 'round the clock access to professional technical support information including, online user manuals, frequently asked question responses from technical team leaders, white papers, how-to advice articles, downloads, and a topic search engine for quick self-service.
"The new services found on MPPOnline address a variety of user needs. We can update all of the information from our corporate offices to keep our customers current with recruiting trends and the use of Micro J software, we will also be using the MPPOnline Downloads site as a distribution system for future software updates." - Announces Bret Kinkele, MJS Product Manager. Electronic distribution is expected to reduce overall distribution costs, reduce time to market, and also circumvent any mail related problems.
MPPOnline and the KnowledgeBase went live on Friday November 2, 2001. Access was announced to the MPP members via email and user codes with instructions went out to all member firms. Response has been overwhelming.
MJS customers may subscribe to the MPPOnline Mailing List to receive important product announcements and corporate items via email at http://www.microj.com/Company/newswire.html. However, only customers who join MPP, the Micro J Partner Program will be eligible to receive software updates, access codes for MPPonline and KnowledgeBase, and be able to participate in beta test programs.
