New Implementation Program for Micro J Streamlines Adoption Time and Cuts Cost to the Average End User by 50%. Introducing Quick Start. Implementation Plus Training in One All Inclusive Plan, New Micro J Customers Never Had it so Good!
Santa Monica, California (June 18, 2002), Micro J Systems Inc. initiates a new software implementation program for customers who purchase either PcHunter RMS software or Tempus Fugit Staffing Management software from June 5, 2002 forward. The new Quick Start Program is a bundle of planned training sessions plus guided implementation tasks designed in two versions, one to cover each Micro J product. For example the PcHunter version of Quick Start is offered at just $400.00 and includes over 4 hours of training and consultation with a certified Micro J trainer. With Quick Start it can take as little as 9 days for a new customer to complete the implementation path and successfully adopt the PcHunter Recruiting Management System.
Quick Start is based on achieving results, getting new Micro J users operating at maximum efficiency in the least amount of time. After a six-month study which included market research on competitive software vendors, feedback from new and existing customers, and support services cost analysis, the Quick Start Program is now complete. Quick Start distills the learning process and utilizes a regimented training schedule to maintain focus, and provide encouragement to new customers for optimal results at a fraction of the cost and time investment formerly recommended for new users. Cost analysis revealed that launching the Quick Start Program will cut down on calls to technical support by 20% overall after 6 months, and new customers on average will be spending approximately 50% less on training, which was formerly offered in modules.
"We knew that offering one set package for a value price, and highlighting the single point of contact method were key points. As soon as the sales force started presenting Quick Start to prospects we could tell that we were finally taking the pain out of implementation." - Michelle Bier, Micro J Marketing Team
