MPP provides one year of unlimited technical support from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, PST. This means that if you get snagged, or have a question, Micro J's Help Desk Staff can walk you through the program and assist you in reaching a solution.

Since the initial release of RMS in 1988, Micro J has shipped an average of three updates per year. The product development team at Micro J is constantly improving their products. The recommendations of users become the wish list for new and improved features to the program. Your MPP subscription guarantees that you receive free updates and enhancements to RMS for a full year. (Please note that Free updates and enhancements to PcHunter and Tempus Fugit do not include upgrades to new or improved versions of Omnis or other bundled programs).

Micro J's programs are comprehensive information management systems with many features and functions. MPP includes provisions for consultation via telephone and FAX to assist you in customizing your key-word datacodes and system variables.

All current MPP subscribers enjoy a 10% discount on training. Micro J offers beginning and advanced courses for both PcHunter and Tempus Fugit. Currently, courses are held on-site (local and non-local) as well as over the phone.
