Using PcHunter I (2 Hours)

Audience: New Users. Learn the system from the ground up. If you've never used PcHunter, this course is perfect for you.

Summary

This course is designed to give a novice user a complete overview of the PcHunter Recruitment Management System. This course uses the "Learn by Doing" paradigm to ensure that as a part of your learning experience, you practice concepts and procedures covered in this course in a real life environment. Practice sessions consist of "real world" examples of running a recruiter's desk.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of how to use Windows 95 or above.

Using PcHunter II (2 hours)

Audience: Intermediate Users. You should already have a good working knowledge of adding and editing records, doing lookups and be able to utilize the basic system features.

Summary

This course is designed to take you to the next level of using PcHunter. You will cover advanced searches using datacodes, key word searches using DocSearch, and combining search techniques for more focused searches

Prerequisites

Using PcHunter I or intermediate level experience with PcHunter

  • Using Job Orders/Search Assignments to search for applicants
  • Matching applicants against open job orders
  • Free form datacode searches
  • Using and manipulating search lists
  • Saving search lists and using lists to automate tasks

PcHunter Management Reports (1 hour)

Audience: Managers or supervisors who need to track the status of companies, people and job orders, or need to track user activities.

Summary

Learn to use the built-in reports to track reminders, activities, company status, people status or job order status.

PcHunter System Administration (1 Hours)

Audience: Users responsible for administering the PcHunter system.

Summary

This course is designed for users who need to be able to add and delete user IDs on the system, and add or modify datacodes, activity types, and status types. They will also learn how to setup users for email broadcast capability, maintain indexes for DocSearch, and add and modify letter templates in the system

Basic knowledge of how to use Windows 95 or above.
